Guidelines and Policies
Check-in
Time: Around 3:00 p.m. If you would like
to check in earlier, please call us to make this request - if the room
was not rented the night before, it's yours!
Check-out Time:
Usually 11:00 a.m. Again, if you would like to request a later
check-out, just ask!
Payment:
To confirm a
reservation we require a deposit equal to the first night's stay. We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks and cash. We charge 6%
Michigan sales tax. Gratuity for the housekeeping staff is at your
discretion and always appreciated.
Cancellations:
Crystal
Adventures has a two week cancellation policy on all non-group
reservations. We are a small property with high demand for rooms, so
please give us notice if you need to cancel. We will not refund any
deposit money for cancellations within two weeks. Group and
whole house booking generally have a two month cancellation policy,
however you should check your confirmation for details.
Smoking: All guest rooms
are non-smoking. Outdoor smoking is permitted.
Pets: Crystal Adventures
will allow pets under certain circumstances and we do charge a
cleaning fee for this. Call us for details.
Parking: There is space in
front of and next to each cabin. Keep in mind, we have parking
available for boats, snowmobiles and your trailer!
Handicap Accessible:
All cabins are designed with
accessibility for all.
